DID YOU KNOW WE OFFER TELEHEALTH APPOINTMENTS?
At Workability Assessors, our telehealth consultations are designed to provide the same level of professionalism and care as an in-person assessment. Using secure video platforms, you’ll be able to connect directly with one of our medical or allied health specialists, saving you time and avoiding the need to travel.
A telehealth session is similar to a face-to-face appointment, but conducted through secure video and audio link. In some situations, additional participants may be involved, such as:
An interpreter, if required,
An allied health professional assisting with parts of the physical assessment, under the guidance of the specialist.
Once your appointment has been confirmed, you’ll receive an information pack that includes:
The date and time of your consultation,
A secure link to join the session,
The name of your assessor, and
Any forms that need to be read, signed, or completed before the appointment.
We recommend logging in to your consultation at least 15 minutes early to test your internet connection and make sure your camera and audio are working. This will help avoid delays and ensure your assessment runs smoothly!
If technical problems occur before or during your appointment, our team or your assessor will guide you on the next steps. This may include continuing the consultation, completing part of it, or rescheduling to a new time.
Your privacy is very important to us. All telehealth consultations follow the same strict confidentiality standards as in-person assessments. For your protection, sessions cannot be recorded.
